I'd argue that Part 4 is even worse than Part 3, because not only does it have the same tedious structure, but it's more directionless. The main objective of Part 3 was to hunt down Dio, the Joestar family's greatest enemy; that's the point of the whole thing. Part 4 doesn't have a single main purpose like this; it just shifts from one thing to another each arc, before arbitrarily deciding to make ~~some random guy with a hand fetish~~ the final villain. Parts 5 and 6 have more consistent narratives as well; 5 is consistently about Giorno's rise to becoming a mob leader and 6 is consistently about the fight with Pucci. lol Part 4 the worst --- THE FAM.
