yeah i still dont know if diet sodas are worse, but my bosses who are 60 and 70 years old have been drinking 5 or more diet cokes a day for years and theyre fine.if you would drink 5 regular cokes a day, you would get diabetes probably in a month or less.

but it still depends on the person's body i guess, i remember last december i have been drinking one regular soda every night and my blood sugar went up from 80 to 113mg/dl, (around 120 is diabetes) but i think thats because my dad's side of the family have a history of diabetes thats why i need to be extra careful.
