Basically as long as you use an ultra that can take 2 AOEs on its own after a use (blink = avoid one, and then the one when you're topped off won't one shot you) you should be fine as long as you time the Ultras right so that you can stick one in after get nuked. Last stand just makes timing them a bit easier. I used Minwu's Ultra which basically does the same thing as a blink with all the overheal.

Assuming Rosa's blink works it should give you less of a headache with the imperils too so yeah it probably won't be too bad for you if you have a good magicite setup and fire resist gear. Her only real annoying trick is a physical attack that whacks several random targets and can interrupt. That can be irritating for the damage variance and the interrupts, but other than that it's just being able to survive AOE spam while killing her.
