Health upgrades are in different tonic trees... physical, hacking etc etc... enrage is absolutely useless imo... evo link is pretty decent... they don't add slots you purchase slots at the gatherers garden... some tonics you pick up go into different trees... it's quite obvious which ones go where Well, I mean, I get it. Like one has less physical damage taken, more wrench strength, shock when damage taken. Etc.
