They get a super hit series and absolute flood the market with them until people grow tired of it, and they just move on to the next hit thing with brief revival of their worn out series here and there. They did it with Inazuma Eleven, to some extent Professor Layton, a mini mech series called LBX, and now of course people blame Level-5 for doing the same thing with Yokai Watch, though I think it's still plenty big enough.
