Much of this is conjecture. ~~This probably means that 1) a woman won and 2) at least two, probably three of the four veterans left pre-merge. They blamed Lynne for not casting sheep and/or women just there to look pretty.~~ They also wanted to "cut their budget" so they went with a less experienced director... who so happens to have a penis (Jesse Tannenbaum of BBOTT). Much of this is highly theoretical but it definitely feels like Probst's misogyny had an effect on Lynne's dismissal.
