She is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, a DUI with injury, hit and run and vehicular manslaughter. She was driving a 2004 Toyota Camry at 630pm when she initially collided with a Dodge van. She lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the centre median and into the eastbound lanes striking a mercedez-benz sedan. 45 y/o Andrey Tagintsez was killed at the scene and the people riding in the Dodge van suffered minor injuries Police arrived at the scene and Christina hot tailed it from the scene before she was arrested. Driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal as Police Chief Ronald Lawrence said "This tragedy is an unfortunate reminder of the dangers of drugged driving" She is currently on $395,000 bail.
