I have a female friend who has a resting heart rate of 80 BPM and that seems crazy high to me, and when she goes to work her heart rate is in the 100s from just walking around. She's in great shape, she works out regularly she just has a high heart rate she needs to keep an eye on. That's a little bit relieving, thank you. But the weakness, and high blood pressure and chest pain of course worry me.
