Yes but Tetris is the best selling game ever and LoL was the biggest game in the world at one point. I think if Draven just barely edged out Link, it's going to be hard for anyone to beat him with the double vote bonus. D.Va might be possible but Overwatch isn't free like LoL so it probably doesn't have as much potential.
