Zarg actually is pretty unique in the fact that he can actually be a decent support provoke tank; why bring a tank when you can just let Zarg do it for you and support you? He has innate evade, the judge cape gives him provoke...I think the rotation I gave him when I used it for a trial was Provoke->Archadian Light->Rejuvinate Sure, lack of specialization means he's not as efficient at either as, say WoL or Nichol, but it opens up a slot or at least frees up a role which is invaluable with battle needing more and more roles filled recently to up the challenge.
