As an epileptic, CBD helps to raise my threshold for seizures, meaning that I'm less likely to have one. Things such as lack of sleep, medication, low blood sugar, etc can lower one's threshold and make a seizure likely. CBD makes you more 'normal'. The thc helps with the side effects of my medication.
