Probably not, but he's done surprisingly decent in his last two contest outings. At least in comparison to 2007 and 2008, where he looked pretty bad. I think Drake takes this, but he's not so much stronger than Tails that I can't see Tails winning this if Drake has fallen off a lot due to Uncharted being over and done with, which is honestly very possible.
