I'm no biology expert, but I'm pretty sure Seph has the right idea here, at least in the sense that it is a question of probabilities and that they won't produce definitive results such as "one relative from 7 generations ago was Native American". You would have to infer that from whatever the percentages are which would have some margin of error associated with them. What the typical margin of error is on these things I don't know.

I don't necessarily agree with this. I think she's doing this in anticipation of her political opponents later on trying to focus on issues that don't matter, so that when the time comes we CAN focus on the issues. (...in theory)

I do tentatively agree with the point that "right before the midterms" specifically is probably a bad time.
