People get angry when theyre in pain. Sounds like you got your feelings hurt because your friend wasnt sensitive your needs. Maybe that kind of talk makes her uncomfortable, who knows.

The kind of anger youre describing is probably the result of you caring too much about something but not being able to resolve it, so you just get extremely frustrated. The best thing might be to try to let go somewhat and not care so much about the flippancy of fair weather friends.

Ok so how do i let go? Do you mean stop talking to this person altogether? Wouldn't that make me a hypocrite?


You can either decide not to keep them as a friend, or stay friends with them but accept that they arent the kind of friend that you can open up to
