There were penalties on every play tonight. I saw holding on a bunch of plays near the end of the game on both sides, but they choose to call this. The flag was thrown late, after Rodgers had been sacked. Whether it's a penalty or not, it seems like a bailout.

I'm not crying about the 49ers getting screwed (they also had chances to stop the Packers after the penalty and failed), but rather the way the referees decide to implement the rules and the impact it has on the outcome of the games.
