| NBIceman 10/16/18 9:26:55 PM #405: | That definitely wasn't me ten years ago - I only came to B8 in 2014! And I had no idea at all that you'd be familiar with it. Streetlight is a band that I liked instantly when I first heard them, even though they're waaaay outside my typical genres. Interestingly enough, though, I, like you, didn't care for Point/Counterpoint for a long time. I was introduced to them through their newest album and worked backwards, so by the time I made it to Everything Goes Numb it felt... less polished, I guess? I don't really know what my hang-up was. It's still not my favorite song by them, might not even make top 5 if I really thought about it, but it is their most common offering to get stuck in my head thanks to that amazing chorus. Gotta love it. Kind of a flame-out that so many of my songs went down so close to each other, but at least that was towards the top and not the bottom!
