It seems like an idea that only exists for the sake of existing. I meant this thread but... lol I think groups are helpful in post-recovery/treatment for those who were suicicidal, had an addiction, etc. It's comforting to know and be able to talk to others who went through similar things. But while emotions are all crazy high and you're working through it, it can be pretty up or down with results.
