Consider something like this

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/KokoroAkechi/saved/GtHpGX

This is more comparable to "The Exterminator" variants.

Part choice reasons

CPU: The Ryzen 5 series is a top notch midrange option.

MoBo: The Asrock fatality series is a good budget board that can do some of everything you need. You're not breaking any record for anything but it's probably the best value for the price point.

Ram: Team is a relatively unknown budget brand that makes quality ram. The timings on this are not amazing but they offer life time warranties (as all ram should come with).

GPU: The 580 8GB is one of the best graphics cards for the price. You'll be able to run modern games at 1080p pretty easily with this even at higher qualities as long as the game is properly optimized. It's a lot better than the 1050ti for only marginally more.

Case: NZXT S340 has been the best case within the price range for a long time. You can get it on their website for 50 dollars for the white versions and 70 for the others. It's a mid size tower, which means easier cable management and is generally more forgiven to new builders over smaller mini itx types.

Power Supply: The supernova series is one of the most reliable PSU lines I can think of. The 550w comes with a massive 7 year warranty. Not only that but it's fully modular (which means all cables are detachable) so you only need to use the ones that actually do something for your system.

ALSO

Don't pay attention to what it says in the crusher info. Base consoles (at this point base ps4 and xbox one S) are really old now and a lot cheaper. It's much fairer to compare them to the comparatively priced PS4 Pro and X Box 1 X, which will have graphically performance that is as good or better in a lot of cases.

The truth is console power has never been closer to PC price points as they are now.
