I also think they should raise the minimum karma for this and other social boards too though so certain users can't keep throwing lame 3-karma impersonation accounts at the wall Raising the karma requirement would help for a bit, but then Hoth and guys like him would adapt by making large batches of alts all at once. The most realistic way they could cut down on repeat throwaway account trolls would be to require 2 factor authentication to activate a new account.
