No. They often face top teams in Big 10 and PAC 12 but this year USC, Stanford, and Michigan are not the powerhouse teams that they normally are. Their schedule always depends on how well the teams they are playing against and unfortunately they are not doing as well this season. Uh, Michigan is currently #6 with their only loss being to what's now Notre Dame's backup QB. It's just the Pac is doing them no favors, except USC could be ranked at the time they play. I feel like there is a lack of respect for Michigan but no you're absolutely right. And Notre Dame by contract with the ACC has to face I think 5 ACC teams. So typically they face several teams from ACC, PAC12, and Big10. Just this year those teams are weaker --- Cheer, Cheer for Old Notre Dame!
