| Eddv 10/18/18 12:40:39 PM #12: | They're independents but usually play other traditional teams from all over the Midwest and from way back when (traditionally Boston College, Pitt, Michigan, Michigan St, Purdue, Army, Navy, Florida State, Stanford, USC). Now that they are also affiliated with the ACC and usually schedule 4 games vs ACC teams which precludes them from playing every single one of those teams every year but that's sometimes been a boon to their SOS (they played Clemson and Louisville last year for example).
