Yes. Absolutely YES!

They play Navy every year (shit)
They play the ACC every year (shit)
They play Michigan every year. (Overall shit since 1993, beats up on lesser teams, gets rocked by anyone with a pulse)

They play a bunch of mediocre to kinda good teams, but they NEVER play anyone truly good unless USC is good that year. And while they are propt up by the media yearly USC hasnt actually been good since Pete left town after getting caught.

If any of Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Bama, LSU, OSU, Texas, OU, or WVU end the year with one loss and conference Champs they should make it over undefeated ND. I am tempted to say Mich too, but its admittedly sets a terrible precedence to put a one loss team with its only loss being to that undefeated team in over them.

Im actually gonna go a step further with it in fact.

If Bama loses to Georgia, Kentucky or Florida in the SEC Championship.... one loss conference runner up Bama should still go over undefeated ND.

If Clemson loses a game by the way they should fall out of the top 25.

This ACC is probably weaker than the Big East was
