Turns out they're starting on the night of October 18th. To be fair, I didn't even read the contest rules until just now and noticed this piece of information on the contest rules page: A valid GameFAQs account is required to enter the Contest and to be eligible for the prizes. You must provide your real name and address via your My Account: Private Profile page. Prior to the close of Contest entries (3:59:59 PM PT on October 18, 2018, the "Deadline").
