| LeoRyan 10/19/18 2:52:35 PM #1: | Starting at about 13:10  Dave Foley was threatened with 6 months in jail if he didn't come up with $500,000.00 to pay his ex wife. On top of that, they'd add 30 days for every month that he didn't come up with the money along with the money that'd accrue each month while he was in jail (he is supposed to pay something like $17,500.00 per month). So basically, they wanted to lock him up for 6 months if he couldn't come up with $500,000.00. If he was locked up for 6 months, he'd continue to owe that $500,000.00 plus about $17,500.00 for each of the 6 months that he was in jail. For each month he was in jail that he couldn't come up with the money, they'd add another 30 days to his sentence. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
