The procedure is to call the doctor's office that wrote the prescription, then tell them you ran into a problem with one pharmacy and need the prescription sent to a different one.

But the actual "procedure" is to fill customers prescriptions when they bring them in because Michigan doesn't even have a law that allows pharmacists to discriminate on the grounds of religious beliefs.
