It was a really stupid thing to do and he knew what he was doing was, not just illegal but HIGHLY illegal at that amount. It's STILL fair that he gets a couple years in prison. I rethought it and think maybe 8 years is a lot but give him 3 for good behavior and if he doesn't act good, give him 5.
