Of course he still had weed in a state where it was illegal but the cops shouldn't have known that as they shouldn't have pulled him over for what he did. Yet I know that excuse would never fly anywhere. Maybe it can be evidence he was racially profiled and randomly pulled over. I don't know anything about law.
