Left-wingers may not be outright saying it but from what I gather, they're increasingly suggesting that black people should not be subject to the same laws that apply to everyone else.

I am a left-winger and I say you are wrong. The laws should apply to everyone. However he was pulled over when he shouldn't have been. That might be the only case the ACLU has. That he shouldn't have been stopped for crossing the fog line and that it only happened because he was black. But I am not assuming that was the case frankly I don't know.

Also yeah it doesn't change that he had lots of weed in a state where it is illegal and should get in trouble because he was caught. I'm just saying how he was caught is suspect.
