ESB > ANH > RotJ > RotS > RO > TLJ > TFA > AotC > Solo > TPA
In my opinion of course.
I will note I haven't watched a lot of these in a long time though (I haven't seen the prequels in over a decade).
ESB is legit amazing. I watched it for the first time in years shortly before TFA came out and I was amazed at how perfect it was. ANH is of course great too. RotJ and RotS are both good but have issues. Rogue One is fresh and new and just what I want from new Star Wars movies, even if it had problems. TLJ and TFA are good films but bad Star Wars sequels. AotC has some great set pieces and aspects to it but a nonsensical plot. Solo is fine, but forgettable and derivative. TPA was always my least favourite.
