So if you're a hospitalist you can only do ER or clinic work. How big was your sign on bonus? How big is your census/admit cap? Do you guys do RVUs? Not much but it was only a one year requirement. $10k IIRC. Census is roughly 8 to 12 patients. Cap is 15.
