In the situation where the dosage is too high, wouldn't they try to contact the doctor or something to get a correct dosage or a recommendation for different medicine instead of just flat out refusing? Either way clarification would probably be sought out There are also times you clarify and the doctor confirms that's what they want. Then you have a decision to make.
