Topic	Have the beta version of the new upload interface on imgtc ready, here it is

The option to upload via url will remain; there will just be a small toggle to switch between the two so that only one of them is displayed at a time. I've tested this new interface a bit and it seems to be bug free, but I'd like to get some feedback from everyone before it becomes the default method.
