Nope, I suggested he drop his weight on her arm and have someone else pull her arm from under her. You also could just have 3 cops put their weight on her till she complies. It takes a few minutes but a person without energy = easier to put into custody. at least form what i've seen from people in club fights drunk and swinging pint glasses 14 year old girls are apparently a lot more dangerous according to the cops and need preemptive beatings ...
