(new) So now I have pulled 5 off Banner Rainbows in about 145 tickets. 5+1 also gave me a Rainbow. Basch (3rd) The Halloween Tickets have been absolute garbage. I've only pulled Blues from them, and none have even been Black Cat Lid.
