Topic	Cops feel the need to punch a 14 year old girl already pinned down.

She is resisting arrest, and refusing to put her hands behind her back. The cop is hitting her so she will move her arm to try and block it. Then they will be able to grab her arm and cuff her. Totally justified. Yeah no way a grown man can forcibly move her arm. Totes impossible. Striking her was the only option. K. Its probably harder than you think while shes is laying on top of it. If I can do it against a larger male opponent with training thanks to my own training a cop should sure as fuck have enough ability to do it to a teenage girl. Maybe the issue is training. Doesn't mean the punches were justified. They are trained to do this, his superior said he followed protocol. So the training is the issue then.
