he married his high school gf but did the "we'll take a break in college" thing and fucked around a bit

by 30 though he had already destroyed his marriage and his life with alcoholism and that persisted until the eventual divorce a decade and a half later, then into his second marriage to my mother. as well as through much of my youth, but he sobered up around the time i became aware of what he was doing.
