Topic	Poorest states have Republican legislatures, richest Democratic

They all vote republican. Republicans trick these people into voting against their self interests while making quality education harder to get. The poor voters never see whats going on. Then republicans use this mass quantity of suckers to get imbalanced power on a national level.
