Fair point, but so long as he can get the military to prevent them from getting to the border, he can avoid that clusterfuck. Like you say, Dems could try to bring it up again but then trump now has the justification that he doesn't want to "see kids ripped from their parents" LOL - remember in his world he was bound by law to separate them. Heck, today he's already taken the position that if the "set foot" in the states they have to look after them. Which means he's gonna go all out to make sure they don't get anywhere close. He could probably justify placing US troops on Mexican soil saying that he told them to make sure the caravan does make it through the country, and now it's their fault they made it that far. --- The difference a letter makes: "i'm with tc about this" - "watashi mo onani desu" ...
