Topic	Have the beta version of the new upload interface on imgtc ready, here it is

Thank you all for the positive feedback! @Highwind07 That's one of the biggest issues this new interface is fixing, so you shouldn't be running into that problem anymore. @RedWhiteBlue I'd like to try and keep the design as simple and clean as possible.
