Yes Generations Ultimate is basically an homage to the past games with tons of content from all of them while also having some gameplay changes to make it more accessible to new players (Generations, the game it's an expanded version of, was generally seen as an easy starting point for this reason). It's not as totally beginner friendly as World, but it's definitely better as an introduction to the series as a whole - World is a bit different in a lot of ways, enough so that there's no guarantee liking World will make you like other games in the series, whereas liking GU almost certainly means you'll like at least some other games in the series. --- Meow! <cite>Panthera posted [p:911026475] in Monster Hu...
