And to muse on the patriots some more, in hindsight I really wish the pats hadn't traded garroppolo because he would have been the perfect example of the patriots "out with the old, in with the new" concept that I was talking about. If he had worked out for them and became their new starting QB of the future, that would be a prime example of why the pats are successful. But now we'll have to wait till the next QB the pats draft to see exactly how much of their success was related to Brady. If the next guy comes in and the pats suck, well then it was mostly brady.
