Cougars weren't even bad in RDR you guys They could one shot you without any indicatiom they had even spawned in lol From what I remember they could one-shot your horse but they have to hit you twice to kill. I don't recall a cougar killing me in a single hit. In GTAV though, they can definitely one-shot you. Not directly, but I've had situations where a cougar's delivered the hit, and before I could get back on my feet to deal with it, a different wild animal / second cougar (or rarely, the same cougar) finishes me off. Rarely my ass. Get knocked down by cougar. Finally get back up. Second swipe ded. All my pelts and pretty flowers gone Nah, usually if the only threat that's present is the one cougar, I can get up, go into deadeye, and shoot the fucker before he finishes me off. Usually I only fail that if I lose track of where the cougar went. --- Proud to be part of the 1% of society that's smart enough to realise Australia is not real.
