Cougars weren't even bad in RDR you guys They could one shot you without any indicatiom they had even spawned in lol From what I remember they could one-shot your horse but they have to hit you twice to kill. I don't recall a cougar killing me in a single hit. In GTAV though, they can definitely one-shot you.
