And then it splits between "i don't want to play this garbage anymore" and "i guess ill drop $ on this shit to fix my mistake" Except 4s are good enough to use without promotion. You lose out on one of their passives but have everything else like the actives with some stat lost. Most of the 4* healers are pretty commonly used (certain 4* healers are better to use in elemental advantage dungeons compared to Hildegarde, the only 5* healer so far) and some 4s have great combination of passives and actives that end up outdamaging damage focused 5s. The only tip here is that you don't promote them, but you should use them.
