Still you should absolutely mark it for moderation as even if I'm viewing the site I might not be able to get into the mod queue or actually delete it, so if you're not marking it this can end up lasting on the site longer if you're relying on just tagging a mod. Oh yeah, I marked it and said it was gore then posted not to click it - I was gonna tag you too but wasn't sure.
