In the first phase players are auctioning to buy property cards that are valued 1 - 30. Once they are all auctioned off, the players try to sell those properties for the best value. Money amounts will be revealed and each player picks a card from their hand and plays it. The highest value property takes the highest amount on the table and so on. This goes until all houses are sold. Highest amount of money wins.
