I remember watching him GIDP against the Angels after Jeter battled and hit a single and we had two men on in 05 and it just absolutely killed us. 2009 was a nice redemption story, but the A-Rod era Yankees should've been a dynasty and HE is the reason we weren't. You can't have the focal point of your entire lineup be mentally incapable of playing in the playoffs. Which is why we absolutely must trade Giancarlo Stanton before next season. Send him to a team where he'll never have to worry about playoff pressure, like the Mets.
