Topic	Mother called 911 after her daughter was attacked. Police responds 4 days later

Like a no go zone? pretty much. many areas have a real strong "Fuck the police" attitude so the cops fear for their lives when they go alone. You hear a ton of stories about how sometimes the police dont come. Then it helps perpetuate a vicious cycle. The community starts to hate the police even more and threaten and talk shit to them. The cops respond by not coming to their aid. and it keeps going. Sucks for the law abiding citizens who live there. Not really. They're lucky.
