From what I've observed, excluding healers, ai will go ultimate>special>basic whenever possible. So cap for instance always starts with his shield toss, then inspire, then basic. He will shield toss even though no one is buffed. Quake does not start with a full ultimate so she starts with her special instead. Healers will only heal if it will actually restore someone's hp. So they won't heal if heal block is in the way, or if everyone is at full. they will heal even if it's in the single digits though for lost health. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter.
