| Popcorn_Fairy 11/05/18 3:13:19 AM #339: | Yeah, having watched the anime first, after just reading the opening of chapter one, the boat ride in, from the VN, I had already had a vastly different opinion on everyone. Everyone felt so much different from how they were portrayed in the anime. The anime also just did a bad job overall on a lot of scenes. For example. One of my favorite scenes in the VN. The Halloween Party. Watching the anime, it glossed over it, didn't go into any detail, or even show anything really. It was kind of just touch on it, they dead, move on. No impression left on me. Now after reading the VN, what the fuck. That part made my goddamn jaw drop with how brutal it was in the VN. I was so confused because I didn't remember this being as big a deal.
